Uva ursi (Arctostaphylos uva ursi) –

Uva-ursi is one of the longest served urinary remedies in herbal medicine. Its components pass through the urinary system killing bacteria as they go. Uva-ursi is therefore perfect for all infections in the kidneys, bladder, urethra and prostate.

Uva-ursi should not be taken if pregnant or breast-feeding.
It is not suitable for children; Buchu is the equivalent remedy for children.
Do not take Uva-Ursi if you suffer constipation.
